My daughter

My daughter is the one I turn to
when I need a little love and some care.
She is the one I can rely on
to reassure me and always be there.

Although she may be busy
she will always find the time
to make sure I have all I need
this wonderful Daughter of mine.

These words are a thank you,
my darling, my daughter & my sweetest friend.
The face I love to remember
and the one I will always defend.
